If you receive the wrong/incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@dhaagamart.com with your order details (Phone Number, Order ID) and video proof. We will either ship a replacement for the product, that is free of cost, or provide a refund for the product by UPI/ Bank Transfer, once the pickup is done.
Our Return Policy:
Eligibility:
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return. And must be providing an unboxing video.
- Return Windows: Contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return.
- Order Number: You must provide the original order number associated with the purchase. This helps us quickly locate your order and process your refund request.
- Phone Number: You must provide the phone number used when placing the order. This will be used for verification purposes.
- Reason for return: You should provide a valid reason for return.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.
- Unused Product: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
- Unwashed Product: The product must be unwashed. Products that have been washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund.
- Clear Video Proof: You must provide a 360-degree clear video proof showing the product’s condition upon receipt. The video should clearly display any defects or issues with the product, as well as the packaging. The unboxing video is mandatory to validate any claims. The return will not be approved if the packet appears to be already opened, taped, or broken.
- COD charges are not refundable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return requests placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or call will not be accepted.
Special note for the customer: Please Do not receive if the parcel is defective.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Products bought during sales or any coupon codes.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the reason for return is validated, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
- We will issue Approx 85% Refund of The Product Price.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without providing any reason. In such cases, we will inform you and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
Refunds:
We have a hassle-free refund policy. In case you receive a damaged or defective product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
