Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website. This means that you do not have to pay any additional charges for shipping your order. However, this offer is only valid for orders within India.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders within India is 3-7 business days from the dispatch date. We process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping address, and other factors beyond our control.

We partner with reputed courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order. Our delivery partners will deliver your order to your doorstep.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. In case of a missed delivery, the courier service will make two more attempts to deliver the order. If the order is still not delivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
  • In case of any delay or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed and provide you with the necessary updates regarding your order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order. We will not be responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to an incorrect shipping address.

Undelivered Packages

In case your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or any other reason, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. If we are unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, we will cancel your order and refund the amount to your original payment method.


We understand that you may want to modify your order after placing it. Therefore, we offer a modification window of 2 hours from the time you place your order. During this period, you can contact our customer service team and request any changes to your order. Please note that any modifications after this window will not be entertained.
